Program Benefits


Our 8 session Spring Break Strength Training Program is designed to elevate young athletes' physical capabilities. Participants will develop critical strength and agility, enhancing their performance across various sports. The program strongly emphasizes improved mobility to increase range of motion and flexibility, and comprehensive techniques for injury prevention, ensuring athletes stay healthy and active. This focused training builds a solid foundation for long term athletic success.


Ages 11–14

•⁠ ⁠9:00 – 10:00 AM

•⁠ ⁠11:00 – 12:00 PM


Ages 15–18

•⁠ ⁠10:00 – 11:00 AM

•⁠ ⁠12:00 – 1:00 PM

8 Training Sessions Only $149+gst
