About the event

Program Benefits


Our Strength Training Program is designed to elevate young athletes’ physical capabilities. Participants will develop strength and agility to enhance performance across sports such as martial arts, soccer, baseball, and hockey.

The program also emphasizes:

  • Improved mobility for greater range of motion and flexibility

  • Injury prevention techniques to keep athletes healthy and active

This focused training helps build a strong foundation for long-term athletic success.

Youth 11–18 years


Packages

10-session packages available for $199.90


Current Schedule

  • Monday – 5:00 PM

  • Friday – 7:00 PM

  • Saturday – 8:00 AM

Class Size

  • Minimum: 5 participants

  • Maximum: 10 participants
