TEEN GIRLS POWER SUMMER CAMP - AGES 14 - 18

 Teen Girls Empowerment Camp

Led by Sensei Hamid (7th Dan) and Sensei Hana (5th Dan), this specialized program is designed to empower teen girls through a combination of practical self-defense training and personal development.

Participants will learn:

• Fundamental self-defense techniques to respond effectively in real-world scenarios

• Situational awareness skills to recognize and avoid potential dangers

• Assertive communication and boundary-setting strategies to enhance personal safety and confidence

• Risk assessment and de-escalation methods to handle conflict calmly and wisely

• Confidence-building drills and partner-based exercises in a supportive, all-female environment

This program not only equips participants with the tools to protect themselves physically, but also fosters mental resilience, self-respect, and the confidence to navigate the world with strength and awareness.

Mindfulness & Life Coaching

Delivered by Mitra Far of Life Navigation Technologies, this session will help teen girls develop:

• Emotional intelligence & self-awareness

• Coping skills & self-regulation

• Confidence through mindfulness & meditation
