Classes by age
Tiny Tigers — Ages 3–6: First kicks, big confidence. Our littlest champions learn listening, balance, coordination, and respect in short, fun, structured classes made for ages 3 to 6.
Youth Karate — Ages 7–12: Skills, flexibility, and discipline, built one class at a time. Students progress through the belt system, learn Shotokan and Kyokushin karate, and can grow into our competition team — Tiger's Eye athletes represent Canada at international championships.
Teens — Ages 13+: Train like champions. Teen classes build real technique, strength, and self-defense skills alongside adult mentors, in the same academy as our competitive athletes.

What ages do you teach? We teach karate for kids ages 3 and up: Tiny Tigers for ages 3–6, youth classes for ages 7–12, and teen and adult classes.
